How much is shipping?

Shipping is available within the U.S. and Canada and is calculated based on weight.

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days excluding major holidays.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! If your order is a gift, simply type your message in the "optional gift message" field. 200 character max.

Your message will be printed on the packing slip included with your order. 

What is your return policy?

We offer an unconditional even-if-it's-burned 30 day return policy. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not currently ship outside of the United States and Canada, but we're expanding quickly! Please get in touch to inquire about additional shipping options.

An item I want to purchase is on backorder. What do I do now? 

Sometimes an item is so popular that we can't keep up with demand! Don't worry; we're making more as fast as we can! If you add the item to your cart and checkout, you will be first in line to receive the item when it comes back into stock.
